STRATT respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Email Capture via Buttondown

When you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address and optional name. This data is processed by Buttondown (our email service provider) and stored securely.

• Email is required; name is optional.
• We use email to send you updates about STRATT releases and features.
• You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
• Buttondown is GDPR-compliant and SOC 2 certified.

2. Analytics via Vercel Web Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors interact with stratt.run. This is a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies.

• No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected.
• Data is anonymized and aggregated.
• You cannot opt out of analytics, but your data is not linked to your identity.

3. Captcha via Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse on our email signup form. Turnstile does not require cookies or JavaScript.

• Turnstile collects minimal data to verify you are human.
• Refer to Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• Port your data to another service.

5. Data Retention

• Email addresses are retained as long as you remain subscribed.
• Analytics data is retained for up to 90 days.
• Upon unsubscribe, your email is removed from our systems within 30 days.

• Vercel Web Analytics — Privacy-first analytics.
